Ive been a member for at least 8 years and have only used them twice and never for the Frontera, anyway Ive just got my annual quote. Two people joint cover Roadside Relay cost £133.50 Now every year I check online and its cheaper if I was a new member, I always phone and they alter the payment to the online price. This year its the £133.50 renewal but online is £100.12p how can they get away with trying to rip off long standing customers, it makes me so mad, they are getting an earful on the phone this year

Good on you.
Insurance companies are the same, just watch the tv adverts, new customers 25% online discount, 52 days free insurance etc.
They hope that there exsisting customers cant be arsed to chase up there renewals and hope they just stay with them.
The irronic thing is, all these call centre staff have the authority to ammend your quote to a cheaper price with out the need to ask some one more senior.

I upgraded my bank account for 8£ a month and get top RAC cover. Might be worth seeing what you qualify for with your bank. No limits on calls as the covr isnt for you its for the bank too

Not to forget mobile phone companies, they work in a similar fashion. When the contract is up say your switching to another network cause your too expensive and they usually bring the monthly rental down and throw in some bundles.
I also drink Port and I'm not ashamed to say it! Me Truck
