Hi people i know thier is a thread on here about what oil to use and i cant find it can someone point me in the right direction cos while mines laid up for 2 days waiting for parts i am gonna change the oil and grease up a few things

2.5 tds diesel

15w/40 mineral diesel oil as far as I know.

thanks i know i seen it on here somewhere but just cant find it so 15w/40 mineral diesel oil what about diffs and grease for props ? any ideas ?

Grease for props is No2 Lithium based grease.

Front and rear diff oil is EP80w/90 to GL5 Specification.

Gearbox and transfer box oils are 10w/40 mineral.

Remember to make sure you can undo the fill plugs BEFORE undoing the drain

novice question can i use carlube EP2 lithium grease in the props ?

It can live with semi synthetic
you can use slightly heavier oil in the summer as it thins out quicker, then lighter oil in the winter, works for me
