Well i've reached another milestone ..................

I've offically broke the 100 lbs mark .................

Well chuffed, I can see an airplane, 10,000 ft and a paracute rapidly approching.

Only 12 lbs and 3 months to go.

The only down side is, my weight loss has slowed down, but my size continues to fall due to all the exercise I now do.

Turning fat into muscle, which weighs 3 times as heavy.

Im now down to a 40" waist from 58/60 inch.

And the scary thing is as some of you know I had to have a minor operation a few weeks back, and when sitting in the ward waiting to be pre med, a nurse took my pulse, using a electronic maching, first reading, 48 bpm, nurse looked worried !!! She went to fetch another machine, same thing 48 bpm , by this time she's beginning to worry me, especially when she grabs my wrist, waited another minute, 48 bpm.

She asked do I exercise, I say yes every day for 2 hours a day !!!!, she replys, well that explains it, you got the resting heart rate of a very fit and very good athlete !!!

That what you get for running 2-3 miles every day.

Not bad considering I couldnt even run up the stairs 7 months ago.

Eat natural and absolutely NO Aspartame.
Google it.
And start worrying.
And put it in the Bin not down the loo or better still take it back to where you bought it or the nearest chemists.
