Re: Anyone feeling Brave ???????Keep it up Jase,
it's nice to see that you haven't changed a bit, in yourself, during your transformation too...... last weekend at Bobby's confirmed that. I just wish i had your dedication cos i really want to give up smoking but can't find the willpower to do it. Cheers Dan I am nobody......Nobody is perfect.....Therefore, I must be perfect!

Re: Anyone feeling Brave ???????Here's my monthly Update
16 Stone I'm only 14lb away from my target weight of 15 Stone. Upto yet Since November 2nd 2008 I have lost aa grand total of ........... 98Lbs or 44.5Kgs My BMI has reduced from 44.9 (morbidally Obese) to 31.2 (obese). My waist size is now 42" My chest is now 43" My neck size is now 16" down from 19 1/2 " Now, the only downside at the moment is ...... I dont look like I will reach my target weight of 15 stone. Having spoke to my Personal Trainer, I have been advised that due to my body build and size and because I am training so hard, 2 Hours a day, 7 days a week, My bady fat levels are falling, but as a result, my weight is going to start to increase due to Muscle been 3 times heavier than fat !!!! So, should the parachute jump fail to materialise, than my second option was to Run in next years Virgin London Marathon, unfortunately, the entrys have closed after just 2 days of registering. So at the moment, I have decided to do the Snowdon Climb that Drifty is organising, to start the Fund raising off, then I have pre-registered for Next years "Potteries Marathon". Also I plan on a few other Sponsored events over the next 6 months, so again, keep watching. I Will, sometime soon, when I get chance, post some before and after Piccys. Keep watching.
