K&N 57i AIR FILTER INDUCTION KIT

Could a K&N 57i AIR FILTER INDUCTION KIT designed to fit the older 2.0 8v be made to fit a 2001 Frontera 2.2 16v.?

I have only recently bought my Frontera and was considering getting a K+N induction kit I discovered that the kit K+N offer is simply a direct replacement for the flat standard filter currently in my air box. I prefer the setup of the solution K+N offer for the older petrol models I am asking here as I know alot of you guys have made some great upgrades to your Fronteras and are the best people to offer help + guidance on the subject.

Here is how I did it on my old 20L, I left the box bottom on to give it some protection from heat and mud, worked very well, a guy called Kiech Chewy who used to run my4x4 site had a similar set up on his 2.2 RS, so it works

Nope, nothing at all, all I needed was in the box
Was about £8 delivered .. ebay

No probs, it even had the bracket included to hold it up and self tappers
