well i lost my job today so it looks as if i will have to put one of my cars off the road, as my truck is in bits just now it looks as if it will be that
i dont want to get rid of it i will keep it as my toy for off roading .
as i wont be insuring it or MOT ing how will i get it to my off roading days.
i have a volvo v40 that i pull my caravan with, but i dont no if it will be ok to pull my truck with a solo tow i think it might be to heavy.
what do you all think is it to heavy for my volvo.

it has a Kerb Weight of just under 1300kg
85% Weight KG of just under 1100kg
and has a max tow weight of

Sorry to hear that bud. Remember that lots of off road sites onlt aloow you on if your car is roadworthy, ie insured etc. Check out the places where you intend going to.

i will get some thing .look as if i will have to put my fonty on a diet and shed some weight off it .how much weight is in the roof and rear doors and tail gate .
the off road site up my way you dont need a road worthy car .
i might get to park it at newtonhill 4x4 as its at my brothers front door on the farm then i wont have to trailer it when i go playing .
i think i will have to call him and beg lol
