Re: 35 mpg 2.0 SportGregster I thought you were in Dover, is that 40 miles from Whitstable? But if you can see me and you are only 5 miles away then I think I know where you must be.If you try it with a snorkel don't hit the forts! Hi Roo, I can't really talk because our other car is a Renault Espace which is a 2.2 diesel and seems very powerful and goes fast ( when my wife drives it!)and does 40mpg.

Re: 35 mpg 2.0 SportWhile I don't want to cast any doubts on the integrity of your post, I have to say that we've had a Sport 2.0 since October 1998. Never once has this figure been achieved. It always seems to be 28 mpg driven carefully, which for a car that only does max 2500 miles per year suits us fine. The other one we use - a 2002 Berlingo Multispace 1.6 16-valve, - usually 40 mpg or just under. I'd recommend these to anyone, a masterpiece of design, and practicality with a brilliant comfy ride.
Tony. 1996 2.0 Sport - owned since October 1998.
2002 Citroen Berlingo Multispace 1.6 16 valve 110 bhp.
