Attention all Welders....

I have a small job that needs doing. Could possibly post to someone. Just the bracket? I think that's what it is? for the side steps I got from Yakatar. A piece broke off when he removed them from his fronty.
Also advice on how to remove old steps? Do I need an angle grinder? I also cant get my bull bars off they are welded on...any ideas?

Best way to get the sidesteps off is to soak them in WD40 or duck oil over night and i mean really soak them then just undo the bolts 12 in total and you don't even need to jack the truck up although i imagine it might make it a little easier sorry i can't help with the welding as i'm too far away
