screen washer jets

recenlly had a problem with no water comming out of the jets on the bonnet on my 2003 2.2 olympus model found the problem tube had come off connector but on the underside of the jets on the bonnet their is an electrical connector for each jet with two wires in it the jets are standard vx does anyone know what they are for or do ..

At a guess i would say that the wires are for the pimped up LED washers............... Don't use them 'cos you will look an
I say this 'cos when i sold my wifes truck to Frontycustoms the first thing he did was connect up the two wires and the LED's lit up...... i had it for 12 months and never looked atthe washer jets so from this i can say it is not obvious that you have the LED washers fitted, well i never knew anyways.

The two wires on the washer jets I would assume are for the heating element within the jet to stop them freezing up in winter.

how do the heated jets work are they constantly on or come on when start up??

they come on on start up, and are only on for a minute or two
