Re: the national meet voteJust out of curiosity, do you know if they allow dogs at the offroad sites up north?
I cant make this meet but if was to come to other meets further a field in future I would have to bring my dog if the misses came too. I cant/wont put her in kennels (THE DOG!!) as dont trust any kennel with her as she's my baby and as she is a 14 stone neopolitan mastiff she can be a handful and a half if not handled properly. I wouldnt be able to relax or enjoy myself not knowing that she is ok .she's 6 now and has never been in kennels so I dont plan to start now as not fair on her either. I am normally ok down south here, but then I know a lot of the 4x4 site organisers from when I was running a 4x4 club, but dont know if Roma is allowed to their sites because they know me or if its ok for anyones dog. Obviously I am a responible dog owner (pick up her do-doo's before someone trips over them!etc) and I wouldnt let her roam off the lead. She is used to off roading and only gets distressed when she gets wet when my 4x4's fill up with water (and only then cos she'd sooner be outside the car swimming!!) Oh and if we are camping, Roma snores really badly...normally she sleeps in the car (far away from the tent!) but I'd probably just tie her to one of Mr Drity's guy ropes at a fog event!! Dont think this is a daft question, I am serious this once. Besides she is useful and can drag a LR 90 along if you tie her favorite toy or a bit of rope to the bumper! (always a good sight one dog pulling another one!) Your thoughts and advice please foggers The gregster You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post. Check out the index thread below where pics/reviews from all our past meets can be found!!!!
click here for the SE Events Index/links Thread...see all the reviews and whats coming up soon! Looks like I'm in trouble with the Mrs's again... She asked me what I'd most like to do to her body... Apparently "Identify it" is not the correct answer! MAKE IT or BREAK IT! TEAMXTREME4X4 ![]()
