need advice bout me truck, hola from spain

hello there chaps,

well finally got to spain (Aranjuez) lots of dirt tracks out here but i have no idea wheres legal to go off-road lol. been here just over a week and the truck has already been back in the Opel garage for a Oil change looking on there database its the the 1st time in 4years it has had an oil change done, u can guess i was pretty niffedat €123 to get it done.

coming over the border up in the north we were hit by severe snow blizzards, and lost total traction and ended up going sideways along the motorway. all fun, i should have new photos of my fronties odyssey over here. i will upload them 2moz at some point. as soon as i work out why my truck aka Robin is spewing out black stuff from the exhaust and why my oil gauge has shot off in the straight up position when i start her up any ideas????????

problem number 2 i heard quite a loud bang underneath before the oil gauge went of the scale, there is no visual probs yet

must go and clean the engine bay and defo clean the battery, anyway im missing the english countryside, mud and rain.

Check the turbo pipes havent blown off/split...they go with a bang!and cause black smoke.
oil pressure gauge....strange it went after oil change, have they used correct grade oil?
If its too thin, and the engine gets warmer over there i presume, the sender unit can go tits-up. This is probably the problem anyway (oil sender unit) they're about £40 I believe.
