Can someone tell me how to change my username please?

Been getting some odd mails and messages. IT guy who does our work stuff advised me to stop using my real name in the public domain and use nick names
etc. So I've chaged my userdetails on the other forums I use to see what happens. Light travels faster than sound.This is why some people appear bright until you hear them speak.
