Thanks guys - I expect to get the BBB on the road before Christmas.

Re exhausts, I popped up to Ashley Competiton Exhausts on Saturday. The Sport is in desperate need of a new back box and tail pipe (the bracket to which fell off at the weekend)... I'm tempted to go for a mild steel sports system with decat.

Most likely crack because of Sulphur cracking. Odd stuff, stays molten at lower temps and expands when solid, can start cracks days after being made and slowly propagates over time.
