There is alot of lanes about in luton/bedfordshire and im driving them all the time. theres the ones all ready listed which are good lanes with no problems and there are all so a few at steppingly (hard to find unless you know where) and woburn (seen many cars driving it) All so by markyate you are close to 3 fords which aint deep. i have just come back from a days laning with some lr's started at 10.00 got home at 18.00 great day out with some great fords. If you want me to show you some of these lanes just let us know
Cheers Phil Gone over to the dark side with my green oval.

The trouble with Council's and some council staff, is that they only answer the question they are given, not the intent behind the question.
Under the Freedom of Information act, they have to give the information you ask for if they have it.
I thought most Council's have a Rights of Way Officer. The Vauxhall Off Road club involved the Wiltshire one a lot, and he was very supportive of appropriate use.
Suggest finding out of they have a RoW officer, and speaking with him/her.
It's always worth getting a latest OS map, and going to the council to check the status of the roads marked on the map.
