Hi I am new to this ,does anyone know where I can obtain the clips that hold the hood to the rollbar on a soft top

The soft top does not actually fix to the roll bar !

There is a plastic form that sits above the rolbar and is fixed to the folding frame and then presstudded to some stips of material stitched into the hood.

Does that help ?
