Thats usually the start of them modding the car and matrimonial hell

As with the comments made by other postings it only possible to go laning in an unmodded frontera ONCE.

After that you JUST HAVE to mod it.

Mine went like 1st time out was Standard. AT's on the rear and not a lot of traction only using PMR radio. Paint scratched and grounding out a bit.
2nd time out Armoured belly plates.
3rd time CB and AT's all round
4th time out Nudge bar spots & hit deep water and did MAF, RAD and fans.
5h time out front end lift and avoiding deep water after big wave drowned it, see post in general discussion.

Looking for snorkel and roof lights as next options

BUT as mentioned watch out for her indoors as well as financial problems with this laning / modding.

you can get a factoery built one from Safari Snorkels for about £250 or do as most of us have and make one yourself like mine. there are a couple of threads in the modifications section about it

My first modifications today I fitted my old CB radio and manage to mount it on the back of the centre console and fixing the bracket to the ashtray using the ashtray screw holes the wiring runs inside the centre console so it all looks rather neat I think.
