Pickup conversion - Changes to documents

Hi, Ive jst about finished my lastet project of turning my sport into a pickup, what to do on the truck wasnt an issue but im scatchin my head about the paperwork!
Im not sure what i have to state or change on the registration form . hopfully someone can help me out on this one!!

i think that you would only have to change the number of seats, as it still is a 2 door swb, (unless you've done something really radical

Hi Fin,
having converted my sport to a pick up i have not done anything with the paperwork.
I did get it tested once i had done the conversion and the guy at the MOT station said " as there is no structural difference then there is no need for an SVA".
Hope this helps and i guess i should get my V5 changed to show only 2 seats, although i could always fit the wife in back i suppose
