So before you ask! Kerb weights: 3 door petrol: 1561 to 1700 kg; diesel 1890 to 1825 kg. 5 DOOR: Petrols - 1723 to 1800 kg; Diesels - 1784 to 1920 kg. 1996 2.0 Sport - owned since October 1998.

Re: a quick question....So is that going to be a bodyswap ???
Re: a quick question....No....
just wondered why people put toyota axles under their fronty's. Seems a big swap to still be on leaf springs.. guess thats why i never went through with doing mine. But.... disco ones are near enough the same size, and are of course, coil sprung... I also wanted to be around 100 inch wheelbase for my project. But of course, thats right in the middle of the sizes.. Lots to think of... but swb is winning at the moment. 2.8 SWB, TDI POWER.....
Re: a quick question....Have fun bud keep us informed on the progress
Re: a quick question....sure will.... still doing some research into it, but should make a good off road toy

Re: a quick question....Hmmmmmm ....
i smell a V8 SWB fronty in the midst
Re: a quick question....I know its a pitifall reply, but why not just get a disco or rangey for off roading, seems a lot of work to end up with something like, well, a disco or rangey.

Re: a quick question....Robert Llewellyn and Lisa Rogers may be interested in filming this too
A seriously interesting idea though. 1996 2.0 Sport - owned since October 1998.
2002 Citroen Berlingo Multispace 1.6 16 valve 110 bhp.
Re: a quick question....i already have a v8 disco as an everyday vehicle... i just like doing things different. If you turn up at any play day you will find plenty of L/R there.. Also want to try and go down a different route to the more 'usual' toyota axles.
Only downside with a v8 is their dislike of the wet stuff....and i do love to paddle..(drif has picture evidence..) So may be a diesel, and may be a lwb, but with a difference.. 2.8 SWB, TDI POWER.....
Re: a quick question....Why does it have Frontera on the back, its a Brava truck cab with most of Japan under it
