dont belive it, got home about a hour ago only to find out my old gear box has been stolen from my drive, it has got to be the scrap man as a few other bits of metal have been taken, like two bummper gards from a caliba, and an exhurst which was from the wifes pug, i had sold the two bummper gards to a mate, and the exhurst was a spare, but the gearbox still had some bits on it that i wanted, also the gearbox was in good nick, all the police have said they will look out for it but it will be hard as it could have gone ant time between 7am an 6pm today, they also said for me to contact the council to get the numbers of the regersted ones, but the copper told not to hold my breath as not all are regersted,
fu**in great,

This country has gone to the dogs and is getting worse not better. I think it's time for national service to teach a lot of people, manners, courtesy, respect, trust, loyalty and a lot more. ATB. Reeco

Have you tried your local scrap merchants yards? My mate managed to find a bmw diff that pikeys had swiped from his drive a couple of days later in the local metal merchants...they let him have it back and gave him the details of who dropped that load off. I think he is now planning to hire a transit the same colour as the thieves on...get some plates made up to match the pikeys ones...and then go play with the speed cameras!!! Hope you find it anyway.... Laters Gregster

The only thing which will stop all of this is PROPER prison sentences!
Yes, I agree that National Service would probably fix a lot of things, however actually having laws that mean what they say will fix a LOT more.
If you carry a knife in public you can face up to 5 years in prison, however I know of a bloke who got 6 months TOTAL for holding the knife to the throat of a publican in a local pub... HOW IS THAT A DETERRENT??? Give him the FULL 5 years.
Yep, the govt say's we don't have any more prison cells left, so 'duh' build more prisons you dumb barstewards! Any other country would!
I'm going to stop here though.. I've got some very strong views on this and I won't get in to it...

just not my day to day, after breaking the leak of pipe you know the one, the doubel t-piece, and finding two singel t-piece's to replace it, i go to fit the new exhust get the top bit in, finds the bolts to fit to the rest of the pipe but could not find the bloody springs, turns out i may hav left them atached to the old exhurst, ok i will fit the cross member, snap goes the bolt, a few words were shouted at the car, but three will be ok for now, snap goes the second bolt, i got out from under the car before i go mad, hammers are geting thrown and spaners and sockets are geting kicked all over the drive, i know have 4 in one side and 2 in the other, will now have to drill them out, im going for a swim in the pool,
