Beginners and experienced Greenlanes Longmynd 28th JuneWeave and myself have decided to run the Longmynd section of TOR that we ran last month and then onto Wayfairer on the 28th June.
We will run one group beginners and one for anyone else. The route will be fine for none modified machines on road tyres and for the novices out there. We will arrange a meet point nearby, maybe the layby ontop of the mynd, it will be a full day about 9:30 meet, 10am leave, packed lunches and lots of humour a must. Heres the write up of our venture viewtopic.php?f=44&t=16679 rest assured the scratchy stuff is not on the agenda, hence the wayfairer. Please add names bellow for those interested, we aim for no larger than 6 cars including lead, thats 10 places for grabs. 1. FuddyMucker Fronty no.4, pimp mobile Treg 3.2 LWB lifted 2.5"

Weave leads one me the other, the route is predetermined legal routes that we ran to make sure we believe a standard car on normal road tyres will achieve without issues. In the event of someone actually getting stuck, it can only be slippy conditions leading to lack of drive (we arent doing any nasty rocks etc) so its sorting a rope between you and the car infront/behind to get you through that little bit. All good fun, only one to get stuck last time was Goldfinder in a standard car/ road tyres on a section we arent running this time. We will stop regulary for photo's and drinks etc, the scenery is great, the compnay is always good with FOG, we go slow, steady and break the first timmers in gentle.
