Have had a mail back from Billing as follows:-
Quote" Further to the email sent to Brenda Bell ref September. We would be more than happy to accommodate your campers and are more than happy to offer you the rally rate of £13.00 per night for bookings pre booked seven days prior to the event. Please advise if you wish to proceed at your earliest convenience. Thanks Karen Joseph Event Manager "Quote
I just thought that this is a pretty good rate, there is loads to do there, plenty of space and we are all together for one hell of a social and BBQ.

Hi, A couple of your members mensioned doing some other stuff on the day..... Dont know if anyone else came up with this but heres a thought... Future4x4's avon dassett site is not that far from there (just off the m40 by the british burning motor museum and aston factory)....this is a pukka offroad site, dont know if one of the fog organisers would be up for contacting them to see if they would do an afternoons offroadin. Normally £20 a day. This venue is really good, been there a couple of times. Link if anyone wants a look..... http://www.future4x4.co.uk/You never know, could do a double gwr attempt, having the most cars offroadin at any time???? (or most 4x4's stuck eh?) Laters Gregster
