I sold my 2.8 LWB to buy my 3.2 LWB......
I joined here after getting my 3.2 LWB......
Ive been here over a year......
I hade a letter Friday from RAC Windscreens saying my account is overdue £50......
Ive not used them before thinks me.......
Calls and calls and calls, all busy.......
Gets naffed off and calls the general number, they re route internally........
Oh sir we have had a back log in paperwork, do you own a 2.8 LWB Frontera?
.......Cut a long and very frustrating 5 minutes down, they have lost a lot of data and are simply sending bills out to everybody who could owe them money in the hope they pay up. Since its unlikely the RAC came out and didnt take the £50 excess for the new windsreen in my 2.8 in October 2006 I have insisted I paid and they have duelly noted it so.
It also appears they have had a lot of calls recently, hence the busy tone.......
