Lets see how many of you have kept piccys of yer 'ol motors(cause I did'nt)
For me I have owned 2 cars in particular which I really loved,one was a 1971 Jag XJ 4.2 manual with overdrive and my real favourite, a 1959 Chevrolet Apache(pictured below but sadly this one was not mine,i "borrowed" it from tinternet!)

My chevy was a thrill a minute to drive and would easily thrash a 2000 model jap 3litre truck such as the hilux.
She had a 327 small block V8 fitted to a 3 speed manual box (the original engine was a straight six). It was a deep metallic red fitted with 15" deep dish chrome wheels. Sadly, I had to get rid of her when I decided to return to blighty

i have some old photos some were but i have had at least in the past 30 years far to many cars to count . i started with a morris minor when i was only 12.and i am 42 this year

Matra Simca Bagheera "X"..... I miss it still, 20+ years later!!!
Had a "Blydenstein" tuned engine so went like rat up drainpipe.
Mid engined so handled really well, also had the lowest drag factor for any car at the time.
If you've not seen one, they had 3 abreast seating - Driver, centre passenger, offside passenger (lhd), a quirkey but lovely little car ........

Yeah, always was a bit of a head turner.
Used to get loads of "double takes" when carrying 2 passengers!
It's one of my "Must seek out an immaculate example" cars if my lottery numbers ever come up!

Ok, here my more recent car history (starting with present ride)

1997 2.2 San Deigo



1997 2.5 V6 Ford Probe. Bought for £500 and sold for £1500!



1994 2lt Ford Probe, given to me for free and sold for £850!



1994 2.5 V6 Ford Probe, bought for £300 from Fleabay, dud loads of mods including 18" rims, blended in 5.5" TFT touch screen in the dash, dvd player, US lights. Sold it for £800 to a lad who thought cars could run for ever without checking fluid levels! That car is now in the scrap yard!



1999 VX Vectra 2lt Auto CD, bought for way too muh and sold cause I just didn't like it at all!



1995 2.5 V6 Ford Probe, bought from Fleabay for £800 and sold it just 3 weeks later for £850 as it was an absolute dog!!



1997 2lt Ford Probe, again paid way over the odds for it but at least I got £2k back for it when I sold it!



Prior to that lot, I've also had...

1984 XR4i, 2.8 V6 of good fun!
1986 RS500 Cosworth, sold it as I fed up with people trying to nick it!
1964 Ford Galaxie, a monsterous car that drank more than Kieth Floyd!
And a bunch of other run abouts!
