Front outer wheel bearings.

Just a quicky, haveing looked in the how too section it looks like I can get at the front outer wheel bearings without fetching the calipers off. Am I right or barking?

yes you can for adjusting but if you are changing the bearing then you will have to remove the whole hub assembly so you can change the bearing track as well

Just planning on a look and lube.

With the same 33's on Manny did a look and lube every month, or ate bearings. Wouldnt want to munch bearings when I'm getting ready to go play in Snowden.

i run 33" on my truck and i replace my bearings every 4 months .usaly because they self destruct . but i do a lot of water crossings and salt water as well

but when you see your truck sitting next to a standard one in morrisons car park and the other driver just sitting with his mouth open and his tounge drooling it all worth it i no it happened to me on Sunday.

Well, the open and lube was very straight forward. I can see if the caliper comes away without a fight its a pleasant job to do. Ive re greased and tightened as feels right. There was a little too much roll on with the hub if spun for my liking, but no play whatsoever. Now theres not and its nicley packed with Bearing grease.

I regrease mine about every 4 months, seems like Im getting about 10 months out of a pair at the moment
