Hi, The front part of the exhaust gone on the wifes 2.2 petrol "B". I have a spare, brand new BUT the cat is u/s on it (Long story.... the garage that fitted it Bug**red it by dropping exhaust paste into it which ignited the cat) Can you get "Weld in" cats? The pipework is excellent so would save quite a few quid if it can be done. If they are available ..... where? Thanks! Paul

you can do mate but your emisions might be to high and would require a cat for the MOT so you would only be putting of buying one if you know what i mean

Got it done!!!! Found a place in Welwyn Garden City .. "Predator Exhausts". £78 for a new cat welded in (Beautiful Job too .... first class welding!) The new cat much better than the piece of c**p Vauxhall fit as standard - More power and much lower co2 than standard! HIGHLY recommended!
