Hi Ive got asmall leak in my rad at the bottom, i need to get to the airport and back tonight about a 10 mile round trip and just want to patch the leak until thursday when i get the new rad.
I have some p38 body filler do you think it would be ok to slap some on over the bottom plastic part to to stop the leak for now. I was worried that the rad temp might set it on fire when hard or something as i dont know much about rads
Any help much appreciated

the leak is not that bad its not exactly gushing out, i have a new tub of rad weld in the garage but i heard it can cause problems like blown head gaskets and stuff so wasnt sure about using it

ive got a small tub of rad weld do you think putting abit in would be ok, i mean i dont want to break my engine altogether for the sake of a rad
ive got some black car silicone the type for fitting body kits aswell i was wondering if abit of that might do its just a drippy leak
