white wheels on a white car.............nah ....not my cup of tea
however ...if you were to say black/charcoal coloured wheels ...that would be different

i have white wheels on mine but they were only white untill i went off road now they are mud colour now

i think black wheels on a white motor is best or the same colour as the motor as long as its not white

Right I have just sprayed my rear spare white as a kind of test (its drying as we speak) I like it so Im going to go for it 
At least when I turn up at a meet it gives everyone a chance to say

i think white wheels should suit it. i'm in two minds what colour to do mine atm. but white pulls off the best on a black car. my mrs has white wheels on her car
i think it pulls it off well
