I'll be looking forward to seeing it then.
Definitely can't wait for my Fronty to be back on the road. I know there will be some teething probs etc, like the cut down drive shafts (prop shafts) haven't been balanced yet because we just want to get it working first... I'll run it for a couple of days and if they vibrate they'll have to be sent off for balancing somewhere that specialises in it.
Don't know what the auto electrician has come up with yet, but I managed to get the full rego number of the Trooper which means that through the spares shops we can get the vehicles engine number/type gearbox details and everything about it that we ever need to know, as such it means the auto-electrician should NOW hopefully know what he is wiring up (didn't think it was that hard personally, but I'm not an auto-electrician, hehe)
The exhaust is the bit that worries me most, it's about 3 inches lower than the cross member that holds the gearbox!!!!!!
and I don't know what to do about it, I'm thinking running the exhaust all the way up the drivers side of the vehicle might be the only option because I am NOT prepared to lose 3 or 4 inches of ground clearance for an exhaust pipe which I KNOW will be ripped off on the first couple of lanes I go on simply because I know that the vehicle barely cleared before my suspension lift of 2 inches.
Dilemmas!
