Have one in the boot wedged in a box with jump leads, ratchet straps, shackles and towing straps etc.

at all of the TV4x4 events can not go out on the course unless you have got one, part of the rules for there insurance.
From my old H+S days they should be check a minim of every two years, things could have changed now though

If you have a Foam extinguisher It’s worthwhile checking the temperature operating range of it, as some foam types are from +5c to +60c.
So at only +5 in cooler weather may me an issue left out in the car. It’s not really a problem as you can get them recharged with foam and anti freeze in. http://www.crag-uk.org" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
