Yes its ok for none modified and was my cherry in my lwb, however you must be sensible and talk up if you dont feel happy with the going. They run so many trails they taylor to suit the group and will encourage you if you want, take easier routes if you dont, but the feed back must be there or they will carry on.
There are also routes around the more fun stuff, so if you dont want to try a big hill they can send you around so you wont hold the others back. They will also make a beginer route if theres a few inexperienced around, that will help settle nerves. Also they have slopes in the start area and the staff jump in your car to teach you recovery. It should be £55, Iwill ask Bill what he will charge as the FOG got £45 on our visit. You will cover a lot more miles than the Quarry, lots of driving. As on the site, brekkie is 9:00 at the pine cafe (known locally as fives) Can sort you out with multimap linky, take your own lunch as we dont leave the Chase once on it. Finishes about 4:30 as we shift to pub for wind down (also does grub) dont need addy you can follow everyone else.
Dont know who else is booked in till they arrive, but always full.
