Maybe Chester Services on the M56 would be the place for people to meet? It's easy to get to Frodsham (and Mouldsworth) from there so should be asy for all concerned who are travelling together?
I'll be going there via a place called Tarvin if I'm going by the way.

Just organising us coming from the Wirral. We can all get together outside the site...

And yes He's okay Carl. It lost power as he was going down the motorway so he pulled onto the slip road and it stopped, so he pushed it off the slip to the main road and next thing it went up.
