Just wondering while looking around at frontera what millage is an frontera A series engine good for ?
i know its an impossible question to answer as there are so many variables to take into account
i was just wondering how many miles peoples A series fronteras have on them ?

2.8 on 180k and no oil leaks. Another 20k and I reckon it'll be just about run in. say about july?
So long as you keep on top of the servicing and replace worn bits as required theres no reason why they shouldnt just keep on going. This posting may have been helpfull, on the other hand probably not... Either way, I may have had drink when posting it in which case it's probably not as helpfull as it could have been
Work safe, and remember all technical problems can be resolved with a hammer, the trick is knowing where to hit it and how big a hammer to use (I often find it may also help to have a spare bit in the shed to replace the bit you have just mullered  )Work in Progress (or not as the case may be) I give you.... a couple of high millage ones there then
so ones with about 90 to 100k on them should be good for a while yet then as long as they have not been abused to much ?

80k on my 2.0L Niagara
She has had the odd leak and still got one but looked after they tend to keep going   -----------MUD SLUT ~ hitting every hole ~----------

62k on the bus, nearly run in! IF ITS NOT BROKE, YOUR NOT TRYING HARD ENOUGH!!
STRATA 2012- WE CAME, WE SAW, WE KICKED ITS ASS! (even if it got wrinkled in the bombhole!) BAR STED LANE 2012- BEEN THERE DONE THAT! NEXT....
