Not much potential on regaining your £500,000 on just the offroading, remember its only licensed for 28 days a year
Its so cheap as it seems planning permission is needed for other uses.

Must remember to check the lottery ticket in the morning.... That said I'd be wanting the large wood adjoining to the South East of the site and the tracked field adjoining to the North as well.

Noting the mention of the rights of ways etc whats to bet the local walking groups have ganged up on the place and are making in-roads on the planning permissions etc.

Dunno what I'd do with it though, apart from the leisure and 4x4 stuff. If the local council did remove PP then I'd be very tempted to let the whole site as a pikey holiday camp, that'd impress the locals

used to go there quite a lot with midlands off road and staffs and shrops lrc its a great place for challenge events its a bluebind clay and when it rains bugger you aint going anywhere,,,,but a great site,,,,i will have 2k worth,,,now we need another 248,,,,,
