week end in north Wales laning

I am more than happy to lead a group if require. I have memory maps, but i now know where most lanes are.

Paul, MM is running on a PDA.

As Steve says , we know most of the lanes around here without the need of MM anyway. Certainly the carwash, wayfarer, whitestones and conquering hero are probably going to be on everyone's list. I am happy with moderately scratchy, but there's only one I can think of that's near Pandy that's very scratchy.


Stevd - I met a guy with a Fronty in Tregeriog who was telling me there's a cracking lane that runs past his house that Landy's use on a regular basis. Apparently very challenging , but I haven't been on it myself yet

People have been out on road tyres and managed most of the lanes bud. You'll be fine. The lanes aren't particularly muddy, more stoney. My Pickup with 4 bald tyres coped without a problem.

That would be the pheasant pen steps. It had a voluntary tro on it due to a big bog hole. And as the name suggests the rocky steps at the bottom are a fair size. I think it's ok if it's dry without damaging the large hole, which I am happy to do if it is actually open without upsetting folk
