your more than welcome askdean to come it's just trying to get some of the members around this way to meet up so we get to know each other rather than just a name and post on the site.

this was why i joined as my first 4x4 i thought ti ould be safer dosing about down some counrty lane with a others i tow in case you get stuck and it comes in handy to know people who know how to repair some of the problems that you might come accross with a particular car.

i mean i have a dissued pit on my door step and a wife who screams at anything more than a genlte incline unless it is whizzing around the beach over near mablethorpe.

the names dean the websites askdean because it is what every one does when they find out your an IT specailist.

so one the big blue beasty is up and running then ill be turning up at a few events.

as it looked like you all had a bash at avalanche and the car was running i just didnt see the stuff on here about it otherwise i would not have gone to the coast i would of been over to baptise the baby in mud he he he

Well with luck Dean you should be thier, but me and nottingham have been out looking at a few green lanes to do around the peaks so i should be sorting that out soon but again your more than welcome to come and meet up have a natter and look at each others trucks.I normally have my other half with me as Audra says it's easier to join me than be left at home. But this is one good place if we can get togeather for spanner partys to keep each others trucks up and running but hope you get sorted and see you at the meet

no problem rob like i said i having heart surgery monday and tuesday and then should be back on the road again. luckliy this should cure most of its ills has while i have the guy hear i am going to get the most out of him.

but looking forward to getting out and the wife will come if only to maon about it or one of the girls will as they love going off road.

like you say spanner days are a great idea if you have the space and tools i normally do my own work but this is a bit beyound me i thought better let the proffesions at it. sabe skimming the block with a belt sander and ending up with a ski slope. he he eh

unless a mirical happens i am not going to make it as gutted. the spanner monkey order the head gasket kit and they told him monday when he got there they didnt have it they place new this on the firday and could of told him so he could get one order else where but didnt so had to post pone heart surgey till friday to wait for the new head gasket kit to arrive at least a main GM dealer so should be a bit more reliable. so starting friday morning so if i get it done and i have any will to live left i will talk the missus in to making it out as it will do it good.

But it is not looking good so i will have to make the next one. all depends how much we manage to get done on friday.

         :cry

and sutton auto factors can :butt: for messing me about

you should see the looks on the faces when i swapped my v40 for the 3.2 v6 LWB especailly as there is more cars than houses and no room so 6 of us have our spaces and the rst fight over the pavements. after a 6months of sorting out the pecking or of park in my space and you can wait till i am ready to out again if you want to get out..

cant wait to put a row of monster down the grove will have to chase the loon down with the keys to the play pen and sort out a date for a sat.sun sometime around the start of the month.

i find it is easier playing parking bully when your car is 3 times the size of every one elses. he he he

but if the space is outside my house it is my space as i say i dont care if it should be a turning point i turned up is that not enough. and they now all agree even if muttering under there breaths he he he
