Hotmail problem

Can anyone tell me whats went wrong?
I cant get my hotmail home page up and i cant get into my inbox or any saved emails.
I have a feeling its been hacked, but i dont know what to do.
The page that is coming up is a green windows live page but doesnt allow me to do anything.
Help please.

How longs it been down for Keith ?

I sometimes have similar problems and it seem's to either be due to high volume of users trying to get on :( (I don't even bother at lunch times or between 6.30 & 7.30 pm anymore) or they have system updates every so often and it can take 24hrs or so to get back in again.

In fact the "system update" thing happened to me at the begining of last week......

if somebody has changed your password it would come up...email address or password incorrect.

Try clearing your cookies, and if that fails power off then back on.

I am sure its to do with the account as my brother is here on his lappy and is getting on his account.

Ok I have it working again, but i cant confirm my added changes because the email address I gave when opening this account is no longer used, and thats where the confirmations have been sent to.
Why cant they just give you a phone number to get help?
