Right just to let you all know, i am in the process of getting details of a dover to lands end off road route
its around 640 miles there and back i believe, and was thinking we could spread it out over 3-5 days

If there is any interest i will arrange stops for food, drinks and sleeps

i was thinking maybe during the summer hols so anyone who has kids could bring them along and make it a family trip? but open to suggestions. maybe also if theres any p&p sites along the way we could stop there.

A week with you loons....sounds like alcohol poisoning/adkins diet/lack of sleep/mudfest/carnagefest....count me in!

Is there gonna be a prize for the car that makes it!!! :lol: :lol: :lol:

Will have to padlock the glovebox for this one, or I wont make it out of kent!

yeah basically you know that site http://www.qwerf.com that i said about on the laning recce. They made a route all the way and im hopefully getting it off them. they did it on bikes and quads but the also said it was about 94% suitable for 4x4's

With an early start and say a 7pm finish Id say you would be lucky to cover 100ish miles a day ;-) depending on routes and the amount of on/off road stuff.

also i've received a Memorymap file, trying to get a copy of it now, but pete you have it on your laptop dont ya?>
