Scottish Borders Hillrally this weekend - coming to help?

Hi folks - as the title says, we have the Scottish Borders Hillrally running this weekend in Galloway, and are still needing marshals. As a marshal you get to drive the stages AND get the best viewing, all for free! This from the Chief Marshal:

Well with just over a week to go, competitors will be in their garages checking their vehicles ready for what will be the best supported Borders Hill Rally for years.

With a full entry of 45 cars, machinery of all types and competitors from all over the UK, this is certainly going to be a great weekend for the marshals and radio crews who are out in the Forrest Estate making this event happen.

We haven't forgotten you the spectator whether at the event or at home wishing you were there. We have arranged for live results and a SMS text service to keep you up to date on all the action.

I'd loved to have helped out with this - I've heard marshalling is a really good day out.

Unfortunately, I'm waiting on new tyres for the Fronty and I don't have any experience

Experience not neccessary - we'll put you with someone who knows the ropes. That's how we all started! You won't need huge offroad tyres for this one, as it largely runs on forest tracks. If you can make it down for even a day Colin would love to hear from you - best on the mobile now.
