Sure mate, would like to schedule it, but not doing this at work incase it spills over time wise. So its front dive and at mercy of the weather. I have done 2 diff swaps so far, so other than the maul, I'm not aprehensive about it. Its certainly a lot more difficult on your own (wouldnt do it agian solo).
Fronty no.4, pimp mobile Treg 3.2 LWB lifted 2.5"
Fronty no.5 2.8 swb hd coils +2" 31"machos.

Oh yeah, BTW I found your big ommer and vice grips sitting on a lump of wood on my drive the other day. Got em safe n sound.

What sort of diffrence would 2.8 diffs make to my 2.0 swb a series. speeds not an issue are they stronger than the ones i've got

The main concern are the front diffs to be honest, on the 20L they can break, but having manual hubs can help hugely, but again if you get the 2.8 diffs AND manuals your laughing, though you will need to change front and rear to keep the ratio's the same.

hummmmmmm now im thinking.Has anyone done this on thers. Yours an a or b series drift just thinking because of the mounting for the diffs not amazingly mechanical talanted

can you swap just the diff being thick yours is on springs mines on cart springs

Lawrence has 2.8 diffs in a 2.0, swapped innards I believe. Just a point, he ratio's will be low...

just a idea for the future then the cost and time of replacing the two diffs and asociated parts may add up to just less than buying a swb 2.8
