Hi All, If Vauxhall put their name to this as the main sponsor, they would get loads of excellent publicity, it's for Vauxhall's, it's for charity and it's letting people know that 4x4 drivers do care, it's making others drivers more aware of 4x4's.

I maybe a bit biased here but this is PR exercise which they wouldn't have to do any work for, just put their name to it as the main sponsor.

Hi Ian, Telling someone they are a quality person is a compliment to the person, in the case your Boss, so I would tell your Boss to his face, he is good at what he does and you respect him for the way he conducts himself.

before you set a entrance fee you will need to know the cost of insurance,first aid cover ect other wise you could be using the sponsorship money to pay for the event and that will not look good
