Thinking with the numbers being a bit limited and coming from here, invicta and FB, we might do better if everyone just brings a selection of dead stuff, baps etc with maybe just one person commiting to buy some charcoal for the BBQ...

What about if everyone bungs say a fiverish in a kitty and someone does a tesco run, I don't mind gôing with whoever to pick up food charcoal pop etc ????

And what time Friday can we turn up cos me and Andy can help set up ??

Slight change to the food organisation of this weekender....

In the past we have done a supplies list for stuff needed grub and charcoal wise for the weekend, but this is going to be too awkward with people coming from FOG, invicta, and FB....and we dont wanna end up with a 1000 burgers and nothing else...(Me man...me bring meat)

So Lisa has suggested that we do a kitty for food, which will be separate from the monies for attending.
Basically we are looking at £5 per day per adult which then go to Sally and Lisa who will do the shopping runs and get the supplies for grub for everyone.
This I think will represent the best value for money for everyone, and be the best way to manage it.

We dont want to have to monitor who eats and who doesnt against a list of who has paid and who hasn't, so everyone will pay this with their arrival fee.
If there is vedgetablearians coming, please let Lisa and Sally know, and they will gather plants for you and some pretend meat that you can then tell us how much it tastes like the real thing. LOL

Friday night food will be taken care of by a couple of the guys/gals doing a Marinos run as in the past, for Fish n ships/Kebabs whatever, which you should sort them out for as per what you order.

Hope this makes sence, this is gonna be a blinding weekend.

Iv decided that FOG is bigger than Africa as you can feed them for £2 a week but it's £5 a day to fees the FOG massive :lol:
