**Weekender CANCELLED** Now Oneday event Sunday 15th June

It's father's day that Sunday, and I'm in the throes of moving hosue and starting a new job, so too busy to take the time out I'm afraid.

it's become tradition that I celebrate fathers day at the woods :lol:

It gives me no pleasure whatsoever in having to announce that the weekender is sadly not going to happen....have waited as long as I can before making the dreaded decision in the hope that a couple more people would get back to me and confirm they are coming, but sadly the numbers just dont stack up for doing this....

If there is sufficient numbers for a 1 day event on the Sunday, then I propose that this is what we do, and hope that the August BH weekender is going to be more of a success.

Sorry to those who were going to come for the weekend, and hope you can make Sunday...

i know the decision must have been hard Greg but like you say if the numbers don't add up.

It's a big shame that you have had to make the decision to make it a one day event instead of a whole weekend.
I'm still up for the Sunday thou.

Its a tough call, but we will just have to make up for it in August... :drink:

All looking good for Sunday, we have Andy, Mudman, Dean, in the fronty corner, elliot in his Jeep, taz in whatever he brings, and a couple of his mates in parts of discos hopefully...and potentially a few others too.
