Good morning to all the members.
First of all thank you to the Administrator to activate my account.
My Name is Rainer, born in 1972 and I live in Gomaringen which is a very Little town near to Tübingen (Germany).
I bought my OPEL Frontera 2.2 manufactured 1995 two weeks ago now.
A few years ago I have had an ISUZU Trooper 2.6 which unfortunately went to Afrika because the Frame was rotten too much.
Additional to the Frontera I own an SUZUKI Sj410, an UNIMOG U406 and different other cars.
Repairing old cars is one of my favourite hobbies and I enjoy every Minute in my Garage.
So, that's it for the first, but If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask.

Regards Rainer

Welcome to the club.

Nice collection of vehicles you have there. I also own a Mk.I Bighorn (Trooper) but a 2.8 TD.

Also we have a few members from Germany, JEOH being the most active.

Cheers
Neal

Welcome Rainer!

Interesting collection you have... Repairing is, to be honest, not my favourite! Riding around for vacation or meetings my wife and I enjoy even more.
As we do have friends in Tübingen resp. Weil/Schönbuch there might be a chance to meet each other?!
Kind regards,
Ian

Sorry for my pigeonenglish.

Hi Neal and Ian,

thank you for the warm welcome. Both of you have really nice cars also.
Ian, I have read many of your Posts in the German ISUZU Forum also. There is of course a chance for a meeting if you visit your friends in Tübingen/ Weil im Schönbuch. The best time will be in Summer to have some cold beers in addition with an BBQ.
Regards Rainer
