Hi Folks, I'm a new member with a LWB 2.2 Diesel Limited on the Isle of Wight. It's not working as the ECU is knackered. :(

What makes you think that the ecu is at fault specifically?

Hi Folks, I have sent the Bosch pump to be tested, but no fault was found. It wasn't pulling from the tank, but there is no sign of an air leak. I have fitted a Facet cube fuel pump in the tank line and it lifts the fuel to the Bosch injector pump and now it starts on the button. I've fitted the pump to pull through the filter and lift to the Bosch injector pump. The pump is robust enough to be fitted straight to the tank. I can only assume these Bosch units have a weakness on the suction side. The solution is simple and what many other manufacturers do as a matter course and have an electric lift pump. I've also disconnect the ERU and the engine runs much smoother. APP
