hi forgot my password. and the forgot your password button. Didn't. Work sorry about the caps bnut the phone i goy is doing it and l keep deleting. The csps but they come back on how can i get my original postas bl on plrse

Does my original password work on a mobile whrn signing in. As i have hsd the same password. Since i joined mwny years aho

if you did forgot password it would have sent you new one

It did but none of them worked i applied twice for a new password. And both of them didnt work

In what way didn't it work I need more info in order to help you, did you recieve the email? was it the password in the email that didn't work? or was it something else?

Done it (phew) and if you turn your phone on its side the keyboard gets bigger. So it eliminates fat finger issues

so what was the problem?

that's what i also assume however it might have been something other users may experience so would have been helpful to have had a reply to my offers of help.

Sorry guys it was my fat fingers and new slidy phone that was doing it. Thanks to everyone that was trying to help me but like i say it was me catching other letters as i was trying to type
