Finally, my own frontera!!!!!!

Hi all,
I joined the forum about a year ago when my frontera passion bagan, I bought a Frontera that was basically full of problems and had to go back to the previous owner (I was lucky to get my my money back at the time, but it was obvious that the seller had told a few porkies). But I was sooooooooo upset at having a Frontera for just a few days, completely falling in love with it then having to give it back. I bought a renault scenic rx4, which I never loved or even really liked, there are 2 Frontera owners in my road, and I was always looking at them sadly

BUT, I was a very patient girl, and waited and waited and waited and..........................................................................................................
Finally Sarah found her Frontera!!! Im going to collect her saturday, the family are having to downsize for personal reasons and she has been loved and will be missed a great deal, but after lots of chatting to her old owner he is pleased that im so excited!! I CANT WAIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Most of my friends seriously think I have lost the plot, and why would I buy a 15 year old car, but they just dont get it! those who love me, know I love the Frontera!

Haha, the other half is a non driver, he has been giving me the bored face all afternoon since ive been saying frontera this, frontera that, off roading, want to learn to fix my frontera!! Ive told him about the picnic in the woods now, I will just get him a couple of these :drink:

Ahhh, it would be an unfair marriage, you would be driven mad by my constant asking for teaching, ive never touched an engine before, and its a secret wish of mine to learn, the frontera engine tries to pull you in! Its all a vauxhall conspiracy!

Thanks all, getting more excited now, I didnt pay the full price either, didnt think my offer would be accepted, its only really just sinking in!! I want to put a Roof rack and light bar with 4x ring spots on the top already, I think that im going to need a good manual, alot of patience and a fast learning curve! :shock:

I must admit i thought it was very expensive, new engine or not, but by the sounds of it you've chipped him on the price. Good result :wink:
