Hi guys! Well me and the GF bought a '00 2.2 DTI sport RS last weekend. I am happy with it, but I think it has a couple of the common problems (Instrument cluster prob, Engine check light, Airbag light)...
So thats why I've joined up here! I've already, in 45mins of searching the forum, found tons of useful info

Hi mate, welcome to FOG.
I think if you check under the seat, there is a connector for the airbag. These seem to be a common problem with the B series, and if you separate the connector and reconnect it, pushing it fully home, this may sort the light out.
Have the codes read for the EML light too.

Its a very intermittent eml, I would have thought once it logs an error that the light will stay on until the code is cleared?
