It would seem that I have found the right place to begin my search for a Frontera , looking forward to reading through all the threads before spending my cash .

You have come to the right place. This is a friendly forum, full of good advice and support.

Although I did n't in the end find my Frontera through this site, I certainly got some good troubleshooting help and made a few friends to take the Frontera into the sticky stuff.

I have joined in an effort to avoid previous mistakes I have made when purchasing cars , hopefully I will learn from here what to look for and what to avoid , so much to read and yet so little time , at the moment my biggest decision is whether to buy a cheap one this payday and spend money on it next payday or save and buy a more expensive one , so the research begins . :lol:

Thanks to all for such a warm welcome to the forum , so much to learn before the weekend , cash burning a hole in my pocket , lol , several Frontera`s to look at locally this weekend , primarily looking for a 5 door as our Weimaraner is taking up too much room in our car , need to keep repeating to myself " must not buy the first one I see " .

Made it home in our new wagon a lovely green `95 2.8TDI lwb , looking forward to giving it a good clean and a thorough check over .
