HELP WITH 1996 2.0 SPORT

Hi all just new in, brought a 1996 2.0lt sport run fine for two days now engine lamp on and its running like a bag of s*** HELPPPPPPPPPPPPP

First thing as always is give it a FULL service and then list the symptoms

fully serviced day i brought it , went to start it today started fine went 2 miles went to start 4 hrs later started but searching and when gas pedal pressed revs die down

Check your air filter, also you could be having a problem with fuel.

Check fuel lines for leaks an splits around the filler neck.

Is the fuel low? you may have sucked up some crud in the tank into the filter.

havin a little prob with my 96 2.0 sport as you can see thought id brought a buty but this has don me in guys

somone mentioned it could be a timming censor ?? any ideas on that guys
ive checked for leaks split pipes etc air filter is new im at a loss

Hello to you all and thank you for your very warm welcome had a look at the fronty today pulled off the air flow meter plug and engine runs good as gold ?????? phone Vauxhall to check price the guy was either p***** or talking telephone numbers £300 he he any advice guys
