new to site, with gearbox leak

hi there, this is my third frontera now being a 2.2lwb, with 60k, my gearbox decides it wants to leak when it feel likes it or when i sit at 65-70mph i cant see where its leaking from in generall but you can smell and see the oil around the box, floor and axle its in the area off the gear change downwards. please help
